Recipients, transfers and retention
Contact and GDPR requests are retained for 90 days. Delivery depends on an AXIGNAL-authorized channel and may fail after registration. The receipt does not guarantee delivery or resolution.
Rights and requests
GDPR supports access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability or other rights requests when the channel is enabled. The receipt confirms registration, not legal acceptance. Each request needs human assessment.
