Keep public context separate from the commercial relationship
A company may be a consulting firm’s client in private records; AXIGNAL neither needs nor turns that relationship into a public fact. A user selects an Organization for observation, but the action does not write a relationship into AXIGLAND. Any observed relationship needs its own evidence, while confidential details remain in the professional’s authorized systems.
Understand changes that matter to a conversation
A newly described capability, a published corporate change or activity in a market may help prepare for a review. A signal should not become a risk, opportunity or recommendation automatically. The consultant checks source, date, subject and relevance; if evidence is insufficient, the question remains open.
Maintain several views without creating a client portfolio tool
A professional may need a perspective on more than one Organization. Each observation retains its identity, evidence and state; it does not imply task tracking, notes or pipeline features. Comparison across clients should serve a defined question, avoid private information and never generalize one company’s evidence to another.
Preserve the client’s autonomy
Independent observation gives a subscriber no authority to correct or edit a company’s canonical description. If a client provides clarification, it can direct what to research, but AXIGNAL must reassess under its evidence rules. This preserves an outside view without turning the product into a profile-management system. This distinction matters when an observation surprises a customer. A challenge or correction can point to a source or question that merits investigation, but it does not directly rewrite canonical state. Reassessment must follow evidence rules and retain provenance, whether the original claim is supported, narrowed or left unresolved.
Conceptual example
Hypothetical: a consultancy sees a public announcement that an industrial client opened a new facility. Before a meeting, it checks which source made the claim, when and what capability was described. It does not add private notes or conclude the facility is operating unless evidence supports that.
Scope and limits
AXIGNAL is not a CRM, customer-support, account-management or profile-editing system. Observation may be incomplete and depends on admitted public sources. A client relationship, private goals and project outcomes are not inferred from public activity or stored as truth without relevant evidence.
Editorial basis
This page explains product doctrine and boundaries. It does not demonstrate source coverage or observed outcomes.
