A useful answer preserves how it was reached
Economic context is more than final text. The supporting evidence, the subject it refers to, its origin, observation time and whether a claim is observed or derived all matter. Without those connections, it is difficult to judge whether an answer still applies to a new question or depends on a source that has changed.
Shared knowledge does not belong to the subscriber
AXIGNAL maintains one canonical economic world. A subscriber starting an observation does not own the facts or gain authority to alter them. Information is reused when it has passed the relevant admission rules and its use is legitimate; sources and states should remain visible so the system can explain why a finding appears.
Currentness is part of the answer
A claim may be current, old, contradicted, inaccessible or of unknown currentness. If a source changes, the related conclusion must be eligible for reassessment. Reuse should not turn data into permanent truth: history may be retained where allowed, while the current view changes without erasing uncertainty.
Fewer repeated searches can free attention
When authorized evidence legitimately supports several questions, reuse can reduce duplication and leave more capacity for what is missing. This does not mean every source can be copied without limit or every Organization has equal coverage. Rights, subject resolution, currentness and fit to the new question all constrain reuse.
Conceptual example
A team asks whether a capability appears in the picture of two related organizations. If AXIGNAL already retains admitted, current public evidence, it could reuse the relevant observation without counting it as two independent sources. If identity or currentness is unclear, it should research further or abstain.
Scope and limits
Reuse depends on rights, provenance, identity resolution, current state and relevance. It does not guarantee measured savings, an automatic answer or uniform coverage. One observation must not be counted several times as independent evidence, and private information remains separate from canonical public knowledge.
